Beta program feedback If you are part of the beta and want to share feedback, report a bug, or suggest a feature, please use the in-app feedback form. Beta feedback is reviewed weekly and helps shape what we build next.
Privacy and data requests For anything related to your personal data — questions about the Privacy Policy, data export requests, or account deletion — please use the same support email above and mention "Privacy" in the subject line.
Press and partnerships For press enquiries, partnership requests, or media-related questions, please write to us with "Press" or "Partnerships" in the subject line.

Response Time
We are a small team and we treat every message as a real one, not a ticket number.
- General support: within two working days
- Privacy and account requests: within seven working days
- Beta bug reports: reviewed within the same week
- Press and partnership enquiries: within five working days
If your message is urgent or relates to a billing problem, please mention that clearly in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
Support Hours
The DesiPlate team is based in India. Our support team responds Monday to Friday during Indian Standard Time working hours. Messages received over the weekend or on public holidays are addressed on the next working day.
DesiPlate is an email-first support service. We do not currently offer phone-based support. This helps us keep subscription prices reasonable and ensures that every query receives a written, considered reply rather than a rushed phone exchange.
Before You Contact Us
A few quick tips that may save you time:
- If you cannot find a specific dish in the database, you can submit it through the community dish submission feature inside the app, and our nutrition team will review it.
- If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do this directly from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings — it does not require contacting us.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen.
- If you want to delete your account, you can do this from the settings screen inside the app.
